Lettre de la Fondation (Concours)

Comme l’indique sa brochure, la Fondation Mossadegh/Bibliothèque d’Iranologie procède, tous les deux ans, au choix de prix attribués, selon des critères définis, à l’auteur d’un livre et l’année après à l’auteur de reportages journalistiques.

Chaque deux ans, à partir de 2002, ces prix seront attribués en premier lieu à un livre lauréat dont le texte est consacré à la situation géopolitique, économique et sociale de l’Iran, écrit impartialement et objectivement ; en deuxième lieu, ce sera le tour d’un lauréat pour le prix d’un journaliste.

Pour le choix du prix des livres, l’auteur ou l’éditeur devront nous adresser leurs écrits à la Fondation Mossadegh ; en ce qui concerne le prix pour les journalistes qui écrivent régulièrement des articles sur la situation en Iran, la direction des journaux ou bien les journalistes eux-mêmes devront nous faxer directement les textes - coupures des articles parus dans les journaux ou les magazines ; ils pourront également nous demander notre adresse de messagerie électronique.

Les choix de chaque lauréat se feront par le Comité nommé à cette fin par la Fondation.

Si les articles ou les livres reçus ne se trouvaient pas conformes aux critères des prix, la valeur des prix des lauréats (livre et journaliste) de cette période sera reportée aux deux années suivantes.

Letter of Mossadegh Fondation (Competition)

As indicated in its leaflet, the Mossadegh Foundation/Library of Iranology awards every two years prizes which are attributed, according to defined criteria, to the author of a book and the following year to a journalist.

Every two years, from 2002, these prizes will be awarded in the first instance to a book the text of which is devoted to the geopolitical, economic and social situation in Iran, written impartially and objectively; in the second instance, it will be the turn of a reporter writing in a journal.

To be considered for the book prize, the author or publisher should send the text to the Mossadegh Foundation; concerning the prize for journalists who write regularly articles on the situation in Iran, the direction of the journal or the journalists themselves should fax directly to us the texts — cuttings of articles which have appeared in journals or magazines; they can also request our e-mail address.

The choice of each laureate will be made by the Committee appointed for this purpose by the Foundation.

If the articles or books received do not conform to the criteria of the prizes, the value of the prizes to be awarded to the laureates (author of a book and journalist) of this period will be postponed to the two following years.
